FI left you alone in a new apartment for 3 hours when he said he would only be gone 1 and 1/2 two hours tops to drink with his friends. He left at 9 and he is still not home. It's also a work night

He just called asking if I'm coming home. So he obviously got home. This is unacceptable need to tell him. Don't care if he goes out every once and a while but **** like this does not fly with me.
yea, I'd be upset. DH did this to me when we were engaged....and left me alone till 5am when I went home finally. But his best friend had broken up with his GF, so he needed his friend....so I understood, but was still angry that he didn't call to say he'd be out late (and they were only at his friends' house, not at a bar)
