In the middle of the night has your FI ever.......

hit or kick you by accident?

My FI is notorious for kicking me, but last night I don't know what he was dreaming about, but he punched me so hard in the stomach i woke up screaming and was in pain for like a half an hour and was nautious (sp?)

Now I can laugh about it , but last night, not so funny

just wanted to share that living with your FI is not what its cracked up to be. We're living together now since July and we still can't sleep comfy next to eachother

Aww, there was one morning when he rolled over and swung his arm around right into my face!! It hurt so much I let out a yelp which woke him up, he felt so bad but I knew he didn't mean it.

It's funny to look back on, but you're right, not at the moment!!

Yes...I occassionally get elbowed in the face. Yes..the face! I wake up screaming and do you think he budges? Nope! Lol.. I've learned to sleep with my arms blocking my face if we sleep next to eachother face to face. Lol

we sleep horribly in the same bed-one night he cracked me across the face and I almost fell off the bed-he did not even wake up and swore the next day that the bruise on my cheek was not from him...

he punched me in the nose one night- and luckily it didn't hurt

he is so much bigger then me- he is scared is is really going to hurt me one night

My FH hasn't, but my dad has done that to my mom a few times. He has very vivid dreams...he runs (during which he is kicking her in the bed), hit a couple times, and one time he pulled her hair! He has hurt himself too...bumping his head into furniture a few times.

Oh, and my sister just told me a funny story that when she was sleeping she swung her arm to make sure her husband had gotten up, but he hadn't and she slammed her arm into his face. He woke up and yelled, but she was so sleepy that she just said 'oh, sorry' and rolled over.

Why are men such violent sleepers? I think they are usually dreamning about kicking someones butt so it becomes physical. That's my theory!

Oh my goodness.........................my FI kneed me right on the bottom bone of my back, like between my buttocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I couldn't sit for a long time for days!

Ladies, these are funny stories, but of course not at the time they happen. Men are nuts when they r sleeping. My FI must get out his inner self while he sleeps cause he is the farthest from a violent person when awake, but oh man does he make up for it while he's sleeping.

I think i got hit in the face once, kicked more than enough times, but last night was def the worst.

as i think about now, i actually can't stop laughing. He just called me a lil while ago and forgot he did it until i made a joke about it. he apologized, but he didn't have to, it was an accident.

Me Three!!

I have dreams that someone is attacking me or chasing me and I swing my arms and punch and yell. He's gotten hit a few times, but now he knows I'm just dreaming. Not that it makes it ok, but at least he's able to go back to sleep after.
