Does anyone have any experiences with them? Do they have an office or is everything done online?

I used them and had no problems. I think he works from home, so most people do everything on-line or over the phone. I know some people did drop their stuff off at his place with no problems.

I am going to use them for my invatations...I had samples sent to me last week. So far dealing with them has been a good experience

Same here. Spoke to him and he sent me tons of samples. Great work....seems nice but I haven't 'worked' with him yet.

didn't have a good experience with him.. i felt like i was always nagging to get things done and stuff didn't turn out right. got stuff in the mail 3-4 days before the wedding which created much stress.
i'll bump my review on the review board for details.

I used him - it was a great experience. He actually lives in Westchester and so do I. So I did drop my invites off, but he mailed them back within 3 days...perfect! I even had him do my place cards and menus!!!

I actually e-mailed him months ago just o get some info and today this day... no response.
