now it sounds like a great idea, BUT i'll be honest with you that on the day of it will annoy you. Right now you are focusing on details of the wedding, well all brides do this, its our job lol. BUt on that day you are going to want to have fun and dance and interract with all your guests. Remember you will have many other interruptions, speeches, dances, cake cutting, bok toss, garter toss if you do all that, some have photo montage and the list goes on. I got annoyed after a while with interruptions. I just wanted to continue dancing.

I say its not something anybody will miss and on that day you will prefer to stay on the dance floor rather than eat sorbet.

First of all why do they have to announce intermezzo???? It come out rigt after the appetizers to cleanse your pallet. its nice to have & its a little scoop in a cup its not a huge deal. I had mostly every place does it. I did teh app/salad combo then a pasta then teh intermezzo & then the dinner & i still boogied for 2.5 hours of my wedding. Ask them why it would have to be announced??? Tell them u would just like it served right after the apps. That way its not wasting time. If people choose to eat it fine if not they will be on the dance floor anyway. It wont cut into any of your time. I assure you.

I explained that to the place already and they said they wont just serve it without announcement b/c it melts and then people come back to their seat and it looks bad and they dont want to ruin their reputatuion...I mean how bad can it melt, its frozen for gods sake!!!
