Ok so in 2 hours (2:30pm) I have my Hofstra Grad School interview. I am sooo nervous!! I am sitting here at work getting all scared and having knots in my stomach. I am being interviewed for the Early Childhood/Special Education Masters program!!
I am always so calm when I go on job interviews what the he11 is wrong with me!!
oh any words of advice to calm me haha

My sister just went to Hofstra last week for an interview to get into the School Counceling program. She said piece-a cake... the interview for her lasted 40 minutes.
Be yourself and talk yourself up. Turn negatives into positives and you'll be just fine.

Thank you everyone! I just have to remember to not be afraid they are people too and they can stumble over words at times and feel a little nervous as well...
thanks again!! I will def keep you updated I hope they like me and I get in..I def have credentials (not trying to be concieded or anything) but I had worked at a special ed school for 2 yrs and then i did an independent study with a professor this semester observing children with autism and how they transition into an integrated classroom. And I have also taken so many education courses!! So I might be ahead of the game huh haha

oh man I am glad she did well. i heard that is a hard program to get into cause they only accept like 20-25 students!!! but good luck to her and i hope she got in...
oh 40 minutes isnt too bad i wonder what they can talk about though for 40 minutes?!?
