Introducing myself again.......

This coming November I will be married 5 years. As a 'surprise' for my husband I'm renewing our vows and having a small dinner afterwards.

I am so excited and having a super hard time not saying anything to him LOL. I am not telling him anything - not even that day. I will be at my mom's getting ready with the kids and my brother will show up at my house with DH's suit and just tell him to put it on and to get in the car. He'll go to the church and he'll only see me and understand what the deal is when i walk down the isle with our 2 kids :)

So far I've bought my dress - I will be adding a chocolate brown sash to it.

I spoke to the Pastor at the church and we're 'in the book'. He and I will write out the ceremony sometime in October. I will be heading over to 21 Main to book the dinner this week. Also hired a photographer (thanks to Vintagegirl - Aaron is wonderful!!!!) for a few hours. Laurie from LA Blossom is going to do some flowers for me - love her!!!!!!

I am just so excited - I don't want to wait 8 more months!!!!!!!!!! Although I'd like to lose some weight so maybe 8 months is good

I normally would have NEVER tried that dress on but I saw it in the catalog and really liked it. I have hips and a chest thanks to my kids (LOL) and I just didn't think a mermaid type style would work on me.

I walked out and my girlfriend went 'buy it' She is brutally honest so I knew it was 'the one'. Just goes to show always try the dress on b/c you never know!!!!!

I have these really great satin coppery/brown shoes that should match the sash so I'm excited. I just need some hair accessories and I'm good.

Oh, and need a dress for my daughter and suit for my son but I'll wait on that. 8 months is too long b/c they're little and with growth spurts being unpredictable I'll just wait.

i actually think the opposite, it would look great if you have a chest and hips so im sure you'll look amazing. Nothing wrong with an hour glass figure
