hahaha i have them too and although i may have only lost a few pounds at the begining, it def does keep me from grazing throughout the day lol!!!

I hate them ... mainly because I can't seem to keep them in long enough so the pain goes away .. any tips?

its been a more then a year after my treatment is done and my teeth are shifting back to original
i have to go for refinment #2
it's never ending

the first week it tore up the inside of my mouth, like gums and inside of cheeks, etc. but i just ate things that were soft and not too hot/cold.
you should only feel tighness the first day. I put the new ones in before bed and took two advil...that worked for me.
I would call your orthodontist and let them know that you are in pain, maybe they can suggest something?

so far so good for me, no pain at all...only been a couple of weeks though. still getting used to talking with them.

I started with mine in January & the only time i had pain was when I got the first set. What I don't like is that it's taking forever to see results and my situation is just minor spacing. I think they ordered me like 26 trays and I feel like if I would've went elsewhere it could have been corrected sooner.

I work for an orthodontist, and while we do some invisalign cases, the radiance clear brackets we use are so much better and give the best results compared to invisalign. My boss hates to use it because he is such a perfectionist, and we end up having to retreat most with regular braces because they are not perfect. I just feel that working in the field, if I were going to pay that money I would just get the clear braces instead. JMO..good luck though girls <3
