I am interested in getting Invisalign to straighten my teeth before my wedding. Does anyone have any recommendations for where to go? I hear it is around $6,000 but I am hoping to find it somewhere less expensive. (my insurance covers some of it) Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!

Re: Invisalign Recommendations please!
I dont currently live in NY so I can't recommend a particular orthodontist, but the invisalign website has a list/map of their providers and I would suggest looking at the ortho's website if they have one or just giving them a call. a lot of them offer free consultations. I got my whole treatment for a significant amount less than 6k and then got another discount for paying in full. i really recommend doing it. it is a bit of a tough process, but it's worth it- i'm finally happy with my teeth and there are some people who still don't know i did it because it was that unnoticeable. feel free to fm me with any questions! good luck!

Re: Invisalign Recommendations please!
Depends - do you have insurance that covers orthodontics? I am getting invisalign in less than 3 days and my insurance is paying out $1500 and I was quoted $5500 total for the invisalign. So basically I'm paying $4000. I went to 5 different people on Long Island and this was the best price I could get with the TOP NOTCH people. I am going with David S Ostreicher in Levittown since he is actually the #1 rated provider from Invisalign themselves (he actually TEACHES other dentists how to use invisalign). Another great option is Jacqueline I. Fulop-Goodling who is also a top invisalign provider and also teaches others how to use it (although apparently Dr. Ostreicher is a 'higher level'). They are both fantastic options but I felt Dr. Ostreicher was a bit more thorough (took full xrays and photos during my FREE consultation - not one of the other 4 did that at all!!!).
Fact is...expect to pay no less than $4,000 but there is a Care Credit that will give you 0% APR for 2 years so if you are good at paying bills and can afford it - that's the route to go! It's what I'm doing.
