invitation hhhhhheeeeeellllllllllllllllllllllll

Original post by nic2011

please recommend your invitation providers/styles...i've been to 2 stores, looked through 25 books (they all have the same stuff!) - in addition to the gazzillion hours i've spent on the internet researching - and haven't fallen in love with anything besides one on etsy (waiting for the sample i ordered).

i'm trying to spend around 700...and FH doesn't like 'HER' pocketfolds grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I'm using 'she who must not be named'...she def. has a style, but if you look at her blog and the awards for 2010 you'll see a lot of unique stuff. On another post today I posted a link to my invites. Instead of a pocketfold we're doing a regular layered card with the inserts in the response envelope. It give the idea of the pocketfold without the cost. Plus on the blog you'll see a number of different styles of pocketfolds. I think you should try working with her. Find out what FH likes and doesn't like and articulate it to her and she will help you. She made like 6 mock ups for me until we found the right graphic.

I'm using Tammy from MarryMe!Designs... She is beyond amazing and can do ANYTHING you're looking to do and well within budget... If you knew the invites we were getting from her you'd collapse, they were priced out from other vendors for 15-30 a PIECE and she's doing exactly what we want for a fraction of the price. Check out her website, it has a super simply form that you can fill out - can't hurt to get a simple quote AND she made me a free sample
