invitation plaque

Does anyone know where you can do this?
My grandma used to take 2 invitations somewhere to be made into a plaque. They cut whatever pattern out that is on the invitation and glue it onto something to make it 3d on the other invitation. Then they put a high gloss lacquer over it and put it all on a wooden plaque.
Idk if that even makes sense to anyone.....lol but this is something my late grandma always ordered for all her kids to have in have in their home and I would still like one for our home one day. But no one knows where she got it.
We might have to raid her phone book.and call anyone we think may be the person or company! Lol
