Invitation Process

A quick question....if you go to an invitation consultation and decide to go with a company, do you order your invitations prior to having your 100% completed invite list? Or do you choose your style and place a deposit and then send your list to them later?

Is this something you should be fully equipped with PRIOR to deciding on who you would like to order from? I guess im just not familiar with the process!

Hope this isn't a silly question! TIA.

Invitation Process

You should probably be sure about how many you need, give or take like five.. your contract and pricing will be based on how many suites you need. You don't need to necessarily have everyone's addresses ready to go upon signing.. I know I have at least 3 people moving between now and when we send out invites in June.

Ok-yes. So we would need an estimate if how many to order plus some extras.

Yes you would need an estimate. If you are having your invitation person do the address printing then you will need to supply them a list. I think I gave mine about 2.5 weeks after we picked everything out.
