Invitation question.

Because I'm diying my invitations I'm starting to get everything now so I have plenty of time to work on them.
My reception hall takes $2 off the price over person for every one who chooses their entire choice before hand. It may be only 2 bucks but I'm a big fan of saving money. The problem is I've never received an invitation where they asked for choice of entree.
We get five entree choices. Should I try to fit them on to the response card or include a separate insert?

Invitation question.

I've seen it before on the RSVP cards. Just list the meals with a line for the number of meals. You could maybe print on the back of the RSVP card if you need more room.

I like these. I would also think it allows you to keep the responses to the food and the RSVP responses together. I'm not sure how many people you're inviting, but that $2 off adds up and fast!

Invitation question.

Yeah that's what I was thinking. Right now we're about 175. So yeah that will add up nicely.

Invitation question.

FH has a friend who got married in New Hampshire, where all reception halls require food choices beforehand. $2 may not seem like a lot, but if you have 100 guests, that is $200 you can put toward something else.

FHs sister also is doing this, but she's asking people to respond to their entree choice on their website. This way, she has somewhere to look and update and she won't lose the responses.

Invitation question.

That gets me thinking that maybe I should ask my RH and see if they do this. Saving where ever we can is a plus!

It doesn't hurt to ask.
