Invitation Situation....PLEASE HELP UPDATE

So my invitations came in. Everything was fine until I got to the response card. She emailed me a proof of the response card. I wanted the reply back date in one font (it was correct in the proof) and I wanted the M__________________________ in a different font (in the proof, the M____________________was in the same font as the date) I emailed her and said this....

' Thank you so much for your quick response. The only thing is on the response card, 7373764, could we make the 'M' in the font CPG. We would like for it to match the rest of the card, except for the return date. Thanks again for your help!'

When I got the card....the WHOLE thing was in the same font. The card looks ok the way it is....I just would have liked it better if the date was in the other font. Would you have understood what I wanted? DId I make myself clear? Would you call and complain?

I called and they are going to send me brand new cards on Tuesday! That was alot easier then I thought. Thanks for your push. I needed it! hehe

I would ask for some money back. I think it's too late to get them fixed. As long as nothing is spelled wrong ya know..u gotta send those baby's out soon

you have every right to complain.. i say give them a call. maybe its not coming across through email?
