My ceremony starts at 11:30 AM on a Sunday and the caterer will have like danishes and mimosa's before the ceremony.
Do I put 11 or 11:30 on the invite?

11. I went to a wedding that had coctails before the ceremony, and that was time on the invitations, was the time of the coctails. Its not like you are tricking them, part of the festivities do start at 11.
If you say 11 30, only a few early birds are going to eb there for the mimosas & danishes, and the late comers might miss the begining of the ceremony, which woudl be the case with most weddings, but since you have this built in window of time, why not use it?
