Invitation wording - again

ladies

I am sorry but this is causing a lot of stress. Please tell me this wording is OK

Bride
and
Groom
Together with their parents,
Brides parents
and
grooms parents
invite you to share in the joy
when they exchange wedding vows
on date
Two Thousand and Three
at three-thirty in the afternoon
at place
Reception Immediately Following

I think that is terrific.... Do you think it is better to put the exact address on the Invite...
Mineis going to read Brae Burn Country Club,
Purchase, New York.. I'm am not sure but I don't think I am going to have street address on there... just directions.

It's fine, I just want to make sure of one thing.

Instead of 'when they exchange. . . '

should it be:

'as they exchange. . . ' ?

I teried 'as they exchange', but prefer 'when they exchange'. does it look horrible?
