Is it Easter weekend by any chance? Do you have a lot of out of town guests?
Remember that even if you don't celebrate Easter, hotels, flights, etc will all be a little bit more expensive and cheaper if bought earlier.... so keep that in mind..

Hm not sure, haven't checked that but will look into it. It's on April 30th. All the guests will be in the near by area, and just driving there. But I don't think we're going to do STD's, so will most likely send them 12 weeks or so in advance. Just wasn't sure if that was tacky.

Re: Invitations
Any reason why you aren't sending save the dates?
what would be your RSVP date, 1 month before?? I wouldn't do too far ahead of your wedding because they could say yes 11 weeks out and then 5 weeks out have something come up...

Really to save money, and also the guests I'm inviting are all really close family and friends, so I already have a good idea of who's coming (we only have about 70 guests at the most, and I still need to find 10 to make my minimum)

Re: Invitations
Nope no B list. We're about 99% sure that everyone we're going to invite is going to attend. Maybe if I find STD's on sale, I'll get some for the fun of it :D

Re: Invitations
We are sending ours out 8 weeks before with an RSVP date 5 weeks out so if we get a bunch of Nos in the beginning we can send some other invites out to people we really want to come but needed to cut b.c of money reasons...
If you really think that everyone will come 6 weeks before will be plenty of time..
