I am getting married on 2/20 with an rsvp date of 1/23..when is the best time to send them being that the holidays will be around?

I would send them out the week after Thanksgiving.

I had a similar problem. I got married on 3/1 RSVP by 2/2 (my DH's b-day). I ended up sending them out right after Thanksgiving since I was concerned about them getting lost in the Christmas cards. I had no problems, although other girls around my wedding date sent them out in the middle of Christmas season and also had no problems. I wouldn't send yours out any later than Christmas week.
