Re: invite questions
I'd say around June 15. If you mail them too close to the 4th of July, people will get crazy and forget. Also, kids are still in school still on June 15th so parents are on a schedule and seem to be more on top of things (like sending RSVP's). May is too early!

Re: invite questions
I say June. I had mine Labor Day weekend last year and I sent them out 4 months in advance because people had to make travel (hotel and flight) arrangements and it is only polite to give them ample time to do so. If no one has to worry about this, then maybe mid June-beginning July?

Re: invite questions
If it is a holiday weekend I would suggest sending them out 10 weeks before the wedding. Generally the rule is 6-8 weeks but it is nice to give guests a little more time and also minimizes the chance that they make plans for the holiday before the invite arrives. May is too early.

Re: invite questions
Hey Date Twin!!!
I am sending my A list during later June with and RSVP of late July, and seding any later ones on my B list during mid to late July with an RSVP date of early August.
Keep in mind that because its a holiday weekend then you need to send them earlier than you would otherwise.

Re: invite questions
i would say June...
but since it' s a lot weekend, i probably would have sent out save the dates as well to remind people to hold the date...but it's too late to do that now, so i would make sure their out about 8-10 weeks before.
