Re: INVITES:
I am putting 15 minutes before because my family is ALWAYS late for everything and I'm a stickler about time.

Re: INVITES:
I think I probably *should* put 15 minutes early, but how do you word 3:45pm properly on an invite without it sounding funny???

Re: INVITES:
I was told by the ceremony site and my officiant to put a half hour earlier and so i did-if everyone is there early-we can start early and then I can have more time for pics in between

I am wondering how you are figuring this is going to work? We have the same problem-so I reversed my invites (the reception card is actually the ceremony card and the main invite lists the RH) so that only 3/4 of those invited will be invited to my 'intimate' ceremony

Re: INVITES:
Exact- I never even thought about putting an earlier time b/c I don't know if the church would let them in

Re: INVITES:
half hour early..
i'm getting married at the RH and they recommended that... theyll be serving champagne beforehand to keep the guests occuppied.... and by the time they seat them i can begin promptly at 6:30 without people trying to get a seat in the midst of the bridal party walking in and so on...
