INVITES! How long did it take you to...

assemble these things, for those of you who have mailed them already. The envelopes (inner & outer) are all addressed, but now we have to put everything in the envelopes (about 115 invites), and mail out on Friday. How may hours do you think I should allocate to this project? We are so crazed this week, I`m trying to be organized & set aside enough time. Any thoughts are appreciated!! Thanks :)

INVITES! How long did it take you to...

Fi helped and it took a couple of hours but I had done some prep work. The responses already had the stamps on. We sent about 145. We set up an assembly line - I stacked the invites and put them into the inner envelope then handed it to Fi who made sure the inner and outer names matched, and he inserted the inside piece into the addressed envelope. One tip - put a small number in pencil on the back of the response card and have it match to a master list. It helps if someone forgets to write in their name, or you can't read the writing, or they don't include a first name and you have more than one guest with the same last name. We've used that to help identify about 3 or 4 responses.
