Inviting Co-workers (ANYONE ELSE HAVE AN OPINION?)
Original post by bride082003
I know that this topic has been posted many times but I still don't know what to do!
As of today, I am inviting 2 people from the office (that I am closest to). I also work with 5 other people plus two bosses that I am not inviting. Out of these 7 people, I think that only half will come. Plus my wedding is on a Friday and my WHOLE department cannot be out of the office at once so for obvious reasons they will not all be able to make it.
WHAT DO I DO? Do I just post an invite to the church at work and allow whoever wants to come, to come? Do I give my immediate co-workers and invitation anyways? I dont want any hard feelings with any of these people nor do I only want to invite my co-workers, if I invite them I feel that I HAVE to invite the bosses.
HELP!!!!

Re: Inviting Co-workers (ANYONE ELSE HAVE AN OPINION?)
I am not inviting coworkers except for one girl who I sit next to who has heard every wedding related issue I have had. FI wants to invite anybody he ever worked with(plus he has two jobs). I told him when we look back at the album are we going to be like 'Oooo I am so glad so and so was at our wedding..' If we can't say that then they are not invited. There is no way I would want any of my bosses there, and when they have functions they don't invite the pions so why should I.

Dc Bride you are not a b****.
I feel the same way as you.
I am one who can count her friends on one hand.
I believe in quality not quantity.
NOT EVERYONE deserves to come to your wedding and that is how I feel.
