Re: Irish wedding bands
We didn't buy one (DH is 100% Italian, but I'm Irish and wanted him to have an Irish band - he wouldn't go for it though ), but if you google Irish wedding bands or celtic wedding bands, a lot of sites come up

We're looking for them, too. Kay Jewelers sells Claddagh and Celtic wedding bands. Will be going there this weekend to check them out.

FH and I found the ones we want on Shopirish.com. we are looking into someone nearby to make them for us since we really don't wanna order our wedding bands from online.

Re: Irish wedding bands
Ok, back from Kay's. Looks like the only Celtic bands were in their catalog
I'm checking this box to be notified of any subsequent posts. Hope someone can answer her question!

Re: Irish wedding bands
I went to Diamond Roof in Tri-County and they are making my FH's irish band...not a bad price either. They had one there he liked but it had a greek key design so they are just going replicate that ring with the celtic design he wants. We emailed them a picture. I'm sure you can do this at other jewelers too

If you don't mind me asking, how much do they charge for the customization?

Re: Irish wedding bands
They have to get back to us this week with the exact price, but they are anticipating an add'l $30-$40...on top of the ring price, and the ring was less than $500.

Re: Irish wedding bands
Friend's husband purchased his through the site below and was very happy with his band.
Have you tried Elsa Rings? They do custom orders. In fact thats all they do. Haven't been able to make it down there ourselves, but we plan on checking them out.

Re: Irish wedding bands
Friends got theirs at the jeweler that we used in Northport. His pricing is great and he will actually make it....Tudor Jewelers. The guy is named Ray and it is the only place I will buy jewelry!
