Is $1 the cheapest I will find....

for each rhinestone buckle for my invites?

I went online and that's the cheapest price I could find. I went to the wholesale district but I didn't have a tax id card. Although now I hear its not needed. I really want to use these buckles but I have 125 invites to make and $1 each is still a bit much. Any suggestions would be greatly aprpeciated or else I'll have to think of something else.
Should I go back to the district and try my luck in the wholesale stores or am I wasting my time?

The cheapest i found was jabonex.us or .com they had for 98 cents. but yeah they dont get cheaper than that.
