i want to but i think its just going to be too much of a hassle and a wasted expense - its something i think about it but probably wont end up doing

You know come to think of it, no wedding that I've ever been to had a grooms cake.

I am not getting one only because we are getting the cake for free thru the RH and then we have the Vienesee hour so I think its going to be too much food .

I'm getting one for the Rehearsal. I see no reason to have another cake at the wedding.

FH's mom already said she plans on paying for the rehearsal and wanted to know what kind she should looks for. This was right after we got engaged, so I told her I would get back to her when we got a little closer.

I'm getting one for him. FH wants a Porsche ice sculpture at the RH but I don't want that! LOL! I would rather have a nice ice sculpture. So instead I'm getting him a grooms cake made into his Porsche. He doesn't know about this yet.

We aren't havening one. We are getting a 4 or more tiered cake and we will have an extravagant viennese hour. I don't think a Groom's cake will be needed.

I'm def not. I don't see any 'brides' cakes either lolz..we have ONE wedding cake and its OURS FH doesn't really like cake either, he'll only eat Pilsbury Funfetti lolz..if anything, I'll make him a cake for our Rehearsal Dinner...

omg my FH only eats funfetti too!! FMIL still makes it for his birthdays!
