is anyone else using HEART AND SOUL BAND?

i am.

michael is on my contract. i know he left the band and is not showcasing with them anymore. i emailed franklin wayne and he told me that he is still honoring the weddings that he is on the contract for...anyways, i fm'ed a girl who had them (she posted on brides review) and she said he was on her contract too but did not show up...someone else was there in his place.

also-michael's face is still on their website promoting the band...

anyone else concerned about this???

I booked Heart & Soul with Genessa & Pete. Thanks for the information about the additional singer. Does anyone know how much he'll cost? I had heard $500-$700 more.

I also booked Heart and Soul in July with both Michael and Jill. I went to the showcase last night to see Michael's replacement (Gordon) and he was really really good. He didn't sing too much as I imagine he's still learning some of the songs but he has a strong voice. Unless you were dead set on Michael doing the MJ impression then I think you'll be happy with Gordon. To be honest I don't trust that Michael will honor many dates in '08 especially now that they have a new male lead.

In terms of Jill, I heard her at a freinds wedding a few years ago and she was amazing. My FH was really excited to have her perform after seeing her on Supernova. That being siad, to now hear that she is not returning makes me think she won't be there in April... but my fingers are crossed... Regardless Geenesa is AMAZING!!!!

I keep telling myself that H&S has been around for years and consistently received amazing reviews even as other male and female leads have left so I hope that keep with this tradition!

thank you...

today i looked and read the contract, adn it states that for any other reason then emergency, medical, god, etc. the ppl listed on ur contract will fulfill all agreements...

if the contract is broken an agreement is to be taken up in a NYS court of law...

so unless michael was 'excused' for a reason that was soly out of his hands and the bride agreed for a replacement.. H&S agrees on the print onthe contract to settle all desputes in court.
