slowly people are leaving. work??? we dont have any of that here today....i am hoping to leave at 5. i'd like to leave a little earlier.

i figure i will go to lunch at 1, then be back at 2, leave at 5...sounds like a good day to me

I cheered up and went shopping. FI is going to have a canary. But they were necessary stuff. I bought a pair of workers boots for myself as I dont have a pair of boots for the winter, and then I went to Conway's and bought 3 new outfits and it only costed me 40 bucks. So that is justifiable. Where else can you go and get 3 new outfits for 40 bucks.

I just called FI and told him i am out at 3 he said thats great, now you can come home, be home by 3:45 and take a nap like you wanted.

I say all those that are there till 6, should be able to go home at 3. You work hard all year long, so what if you leave a little early on the day after christmas....

If you have a male boss, can't you just say you have female problems and the best remedy is being home

I am trying to think of anything to help you ladies get out at 3....

Chippatrid, i wish you were my boss!!!!! theres no way out of this place for me before 6!!! DH didnt want me to drive to work this morning he thought it might be icy (plus i panic driving on ice) so he broughht me in, and hes picking me up at 6 sharp! and i will probably fall alseep in the car!!!!!!!

I think I would be a good boss..Everyone works till 3 the day after christmas and thanksgiving (for those who have to go to work) and Fridays everyone works till 4. I dont think a lot of work would get done, but everyone would be happy to be getting home a little earlier and sleeping.

Christmas Eve, I got to leave at 2:30 and New Years Eve we'll leave early too.
The last time it snowed, I left at 1:30, but today, they're not budging

My office of 5 is now down to the original 2 of this morning, Me and Kevin.

The phone rang once today and it was the wrong number.

9 more minutes and I am out of here...I'll start packing up now, put my boots on, get my coat and it will then be 3...
