is anyone here good with facebook?

i am trying to share links to my album with some co workers that do not have FB.. is there any way i can set it so that you do not have to log into FB to see the pictures? I put the setting to 'everyone' which I thought would do the trick but it doesn't seem to be working.. TIA!
