I heard it's not legal because they haven't sent in the marriage certificate yet...don'tt hey have a time limit like we do???

I also heard her mother pushed for a pre-nup (which I think she should do)

Britney could get married, divorced, annuled, time after time... and I still won't care. I really don't see why the media is making such a huge deal out of this.

I heard that she and Kevin didn't file for a marriage license but if they do it within 10 days then it is legit, if not...it isn't.

I also heard that they did sign a pre-nup.
He gets $300,000.00 per year for every 2 years they were married.

So for example...if they are married 10 years (Fat chance if you ask me)...and then get divorced...he is entitled to 5 payments of $300,000.00.
