Yes he is! He scared the heck out of me when we first met because my feelings were so intense but his were the same.

I thought I was in love before,,,but it was actually a mental illness called TEMPORARY INSANITY!

Fh was my first and only love and FH knows this. I 'thought' I loved someone else at one point but like Jenny said it was TEMPORARY INSANITY.

Wow! So, does 30 count as 'older' too?
DH is definately my ONE TRUE LOVE. I can honestly say I was never in love before him. We have been together since I was 21 and I only had one 'actual' boyfriend before him and, though I loved the guy because he was sweet and caring, I was never 'in love' with him.

This thread is funny, as I was just talking about this at work today. I've been in love before, gave it my all, but no one has loved me back as FH. We fell in love instantly- he asked me to elope 4 days after we met...... 6 years later we'll be married in 89 days

Patrick is not my first love, but he is the ONLY love I'd ever want to be with forever. He's also my most selfless, mature, and healthiest love, not to mention my best friend.

I have felt puppy love. Being with this person for 2 years I did love him. But we weren't 'in love'. I thought I was but we grew apart. When I saw him years later the feelings I had for him were not there anymore. And we moved on. So here I am with my one and only TRUE love, the only person I am in love with and ever will be.
