My sister got married a year ago and didn't have a video. Now she really regrets it! So FH and I decided to get one. And then we won one, so we really lucked out!!

We're not gonna have one only b/c we are on a budget and they'll be a couple of people for us recording it anyway...sometimes its even more fun to watch the amateur camcorder recordings then it is the professional ones

But if we did have the budget, sure I think we would consider it, why not.

I can't decide

I change my mind constantly when it comes to video.

On one hand, i don't want to spend the money, especially since N.O most of the videos are really corny.

On the other hand, I want the memory.

I think I might have found somone that will do it for $600. I'm going with a friend of mine to check them out next week.

Ok...I have the perfect solution for you! My videographer does a documentary style video. It is not the traditional video. The name of the company is Motion Pictures Inc. They are AMAZING! You shose which package you want ranging from 10-90 minutes. I got the 20 minute bride package. They edit the whole day into 20 minutes with voice overs from interviews with you, FH and parents. For example... when you are walking down the aisle you hear your father saying, 'I cannot believe how amazing she looks. I am so happy for her.' etc. I am so excited. People will want to watch the video and you get all the raw footage as well. FM me for more info. I am obsessed with them!

Pennylane does that too and i get a 20 min highlight video, but also the raw footage and 3 other dvd's. But videographers also charge by the amount of hours they are there, and the work they do after. And also the option of voice overs, but that was like $300-400 each person they interview

Honestly all those video companies do these 20 min dvd's it comes with packages.

Yes., my videograper does a 30 minute highlight video and its great., b/c I remember sitting watching my cousin's video thinking I do not want to see this entire video...so its great to have that to show people.

But my videographer doesnt charge by the hours., its a flat fee and there are two video-guys.

Yeah when I went to check out other videographers those 20 min highlight DVD's were included but with the traditional packages. It was so much more expensive. I'm on a tight budget and my video package comes with the interviews because that's the only thing they do...they don't do traditional DVD's. They are the videographers for Access Hollywood so it's very much that type of style. I thought it was very different

yeah its not an hourly charge its like a price and it will include the amount of hours such as 10 hours...i was just trying to show that bc you get a 20 min video doesn't mean it will come out cheap, they still have to shoot the raw footage ya know. And then she mentioned voice overs which is a couple hundred per person
