super cheesy to wear a white dress to your engagement party? Is that against the rules or anything?

I think it's cute.

It's not cheesy!!!! I didn't wear white, but a few ppl asked me why I didn't. That kind of confused me, b/c then I thought I was supposed to. One of my BM's wore white, and that actually pissed off my MOH. I'm like it's not the wedding day.. relax! My BM also asked if it was ok, which I thought was so silly, I told her of course.
So I think if you want to wear white go for it!
