I was out last weekend with my girls and we was trying on dresses. I saw 2 ladies with there fh. Trying on dresses. so when I told one of my girls I was going to let Dave decide which dress was nicer my girls said no he cant see the dress. so my question to you ladies are we still doing the traditional no seeing until the big day or honey pick one

i know some girls will allow their FH's to see the dress, but i will not be doing this. its a matter of personal preference. i want my FH to be like WOW when he finally sees me

I wanted to know what is going to blow him away. So when I first tried on dresses I showed him pics to get his opinion and an ikdea of what he lked better. The dress I picked was not in that group of photos and he is not allowed to see pics of me in it or the model on website in it. Total suprise!

Let it be a surprise. I'm sure he knows all the details of every other aspect of the wedding. Let this be the one thing that you get to decide without him and surprise him with.

I definitely don't want him to see the dress before the wedding. I am going the traditional route on this one. I want him to be surprised, and I can't wait to see the look on his face when he first sees me walk down the aisle.

Personally, I am going to let him see me on our wedding day. Unfortunately, we are going to have to take pictures before I walk down the aisle, but I do want him to see me all dressed up and pretty the day of.

I don't think it's bad luck, but it takes part of the glamour and fun out of a wedding dress if FH sees it beforehand. You'll want to see the look on his face the first time he sees you walking down the aisle in your dress.
I am curious to see what FH's taste in dresses was, so sometimes I randomly show him different styles just to get an idea of what he does or doesn't like. But I never told him which style I was leaning towards. He wants to be surprised; I think most men do

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SUCH THING AS BAD LUCK WHEN IT COMES TO A MARRAIGE, JUST DEDICATION AND LOVE. I totally don't think its bad luck at all...I don't think your FH seeing a dress will doom your marriage...hahaha.
It is more the anticipation of the moment he first sees you walking down the aisle--I wanted that to be a TOTAL surprise.

I don't think it is bad luck. Everyone I know who followed the traditional bad luck rules for their wedding day have a bad marriage anyway. So it's not about the luck its about the two of you and how you are together. Letting him see a picture of the dress or what the dress looks like is not horibble. I just wouldn't let him see it on you because you want him to be suprised when he sees you in it!

Lets be realistic about this now... Yes you will ruin the suprise. But do Men REALLY care... Frankly I know my FH will marry me in a wedding gown sun dress or jeans... The Gown is really for me...lol.
