I wouldnt sweat it- she is probably trying to match so she doesnt look like a doofus when standing with him for pictures and whatnot- there all dressed it might be your wedding but there going to be taking nice pics of themselves too. Mr.Devine and I usually match not because we try it just happens that way except for sis wedding where I was Moh we purposely bought his suit to match somewhat my dress. JMO I wouldnt be pissed if someone came to my wedding wearing black or purple even when they know it might be the colors-

Some things are just out of your control as a bride and this is one of them. I would say don't worry about it!!!

I did that by accident not only was is the same color but my dress was the same style as the BM's just theirs were gowns...I felt like a butt lol (it was Christmas time so I wanted to wear a Red dress)

who cares?? as long as its not the exact same dress as BM dresses or white it shouldnt matter IMO.

I think its totally fine and I can see where she's coming from, cuz I always like to match too. If it bothers u though, as if she can wear a color that compliments mocha, like tan or another shade of brown, or black to match the tuxes.
Plus, mocha/brown is a common and popular color, so a reg guest may not know and may also be wearing that color.

i mean you can't prevent people from showing up in teh same colors as your BM. My BM are in a chocolate brown color, its very likely some guests will be wearing that color dress as well.

Yeah I think thats fine...I mean, its not like we can get a an 'outfit list' of what the guests are wearing

when FH was in a bridal party last summer i asked what color the BP was wearing so i could match him... i wouldnt get the same color b.c i didnt want to match the BPs color. They were in purple so i wore chocolate brown... it matched but i didnt look like i was part of the party...
