Jennbaby, To be honest, I have no idea why I dont have them. I never asked for them I guess. I never realized I needed them LOL Thanks for all the tips ladies, I made sure to put exactly who was invited on the outer envelope!

I don't think it is tacky, but since some envelopes are not so dense, the content can be seen easily, and then if the envelopes have to travel far, sometimes they get damaged, even ripped ... with two envelopes your invitations are safe from mailing accidents. IMO.

i like inner envelopes. usually, that is where you indicate if the person can bring a guest, etc. I personally don't like the way 'and guest' looks on the outer envelope. good luck!

I personally think they're a waste of paper. I had them included w/ mine but I told the company not to send them. I always threw them out when I got invites w/ the inner envelope.
