i'm registered at 3 different stores. Bed Bath and Beyond, Macys and Mikasa.com I did Mikasa.com because my entire China collection can be found there and its usually at a much lower price than everywhere else. BBB has some of the pieces but not all and most of them are always backordered, but they sell them at the same price as Mikasa. Macys - same problem as BBB but they are $25 mor eexpensive then the other 2 stores and are only the same price as the others when they go on sale.

I don't think it's tacky at all! I may do the same thing bc I can't find all of my Mikasa china at BBB either.

I dont think it's tacky at all. I've seen a lot of girls registered at 3 places. The only reason why i have 2 now is I just cancelled my Macys bc BBB had the same exact stuff at a cheaper price and my fam. loves a good deal. lol.

Not tacky at all! 3 is fine, especially if the third is just the china set. I think we will only have two. One is myregistry.com since there are a few odds and ends I want from random stores. But who knows, we might end up with a 3rd too!

I am considering Bloomies as my third. FH and I are going tonight to see if there is enough for a registry, if not we will just add to BBB and C&B.

I think it gives people options, I always hated when there was like 5 things on there and they were all $75 each

nope! we have 3 places.
all our fine china and everyday dinneware/linens are at macys BBB-appliances/cookware Crate/Barrel: Glassware, serveware, some other misc.

it's not tacky. In fact. recently someone complained to me that a bride didn't have enough things to choose from and she wished she had registered at one more place.

i think 3 is absolutely fine
nowadays most people have 3
i only have two so far
BBB - for basically everything Sears - because FH wanted man things (barbecue, snowblower and a filtered water machine)

I had 2.
129 items on 1 registry 30 on the other.
I actually had to add things to my registries the week before the shower because people were complaining there was nothing left.
So 3 is prob fine!

nope, not at all. We were registered at 3 stores at first but than found the same stuff at Macy's was cheaper at BB&B so we got rid of Macys and moved the stuff over to our BB&B registry. We are also registered at C&B
