To restart planning for a december 06 wedding? We stopped planning for 6 mos and now I feel like it's so soon. Do you think I won;t be able to get vendors?
ETA: We were supposed to postpone for Dec 07 but now with recent events a lot has amde us realize that we don't really want to wait!

you can prob get a great deal. try villa lombardis, they give you 65 per head for a sat if its not booked up.

My FH and I got engaged in December and are getting married in 18 days!

We planned ours in 10 months, because we started in June and getting married in April.
I've seen people plan in 7 months and 2 months, so yes, it's not too late at all!!
A friend of mine is a BM at a catering hall and said they still have availability for late next year, so you should be fine!!

We got engaged this January, booked a hall the next month (Feb) for a December 3rd wedding. We had 10 months. PLENTY of time!!! Go for it!!!

I planned in 7 months and booked all my vendors 5-6 months. There will be vendors available and it definitely can be done...I booked a busy Friday in May too and everyone was available.

YES!!!! I mean, no it's not too late!! You'll certainly be able to do it, you still have plenty of time. Fifteen months, def go for it!!!!!! You certainly deserve it!!!!!

you have almost a year and a half! that is longer than most people's engagements, let alone how long it takes them to plan the wedding.
you have LOTS of time and there are LOTS of vendors out there who aren't booked for this december even!

Jennifer, you are killing me! In case you didn't know, I am planning for April '06 and I only have my hall booked. If you ask me, you have PLENTY of time.
Of course, I know a lot of girls might disagree with me.
