Is it true ????!!!!!!

Is it true that 20% of people respond 'no' to your wedding???? I finally got those guestlist numbers from FIL's and a part of me just died inside.

Statistics show that yes u do have 15 to 20% say no but i think every persons situation is different.

I think so. Out of about 100 invites, not people, 20 haven't responded or said no. My RSVP date came and went!

ehhh for my shower i think 3 people declined and thats cuz they live out of state...so im not sure

That is the average statistic... but it more or less. Also said is if you know your guests very well... the percentage tends to be lower.

A guy at my job invited 160 people to his wedding and 158 came. I don't think the 20% is always right.

We wanted to have 225-250.

i think 15-20% is a rule of thumb to follow.... sometimes more, sometimes less but on average thats the number of no's youu get

i think it all depends. FIL's and i were talking about it last night, and most likely everyone on there side will come bc they know we throw out of control parties and wouldnt wanna miss it, but im hoping a lot say no, and most of them are from my side
