So my FH has been involved in wedding planning (not overly involved, but just right).
So, I mention to him this wknd that we should register soon. And he was like 'oh, cant you do that?'
i was surprised, cuz i thought this was the one thing that the men enjoyed about wedding planning!! The SCANNER!!
i told him about the scanner, but he was still ambivilent.
anyone else have an FH that could care less about registering?

OR you could have my FH. TOO involved w/registering.
He says since he cooks and i don't then he should be able to decide about all the kitchen stuff. HA! That's a good one.

Fh went with me and then after 10 minutes he asked 'so are we done yet?' After that he never came again!

I posted something similar a while ago. We just registered in June. It took me a while to convince him to go. But once he went I was suprised how patient he was and we were at BBB for 4 hours. However, he said thats the only place we are registering he said he could not go to register any place else. And yes he liked using the scanner.

I took FH the first time and he helped pick out our plates,china, bedding and bathroom everything else he said I could take anyone I wanted he didnt care....I think he only went the first time because I made him feel bad when he didnt want to go.

FH decided when we would go register, where we went, how long it would take, the whole nine yards. my FH is super picky about everything in our apartment.
we looked at 100 china patters the first time we went & it took us over 3 hours to narrow it down to a few we liked. then we had to go back again.
i was the one begging to leave

Not really. Mine came with me to do it and we left scanning TWO items. I did the rest of it online. In the end he trusted me to do the research on quality and to pick what we want and he is going to be fine with it. Take it as your opportunity to go on a shopping spree ! :)

mine doesn't care at all. he doesn't even know what store we are registered at. the other day he saw new things in the house and told me: what's this? when did you buy this? my responce: hunny that was a present from the shower.... silly FH
