Is there a website where I can get Bachelorette party invitations...and is it 'proper' that I'm coordinating my BP myself?
My sister/MOH hasn't done anything about it as far as I know and it's getting closer to my wedding date. There's really only 1 weekend that works for me at this time and I want to start the ball rolling.I seem to recall in my crazy head that there's a website where you can choose invitations (it's not evite.com) and write it out online and then they ship them to you all made up.
Sound familiar to anyone?
If not I have a software that makes flyers, I might just use that and make up a flyer type invitation.
Thanks
Mary

There is a website go tovistaprint
Actually I want to plan my BP b/c my MOH and BM are doing my shower as a surprise. I really want to have a fun time and I have so many ideas that I want to put into action
so I don't think it's strange to plan your party, the girls can always help you out.

I suppose it's the MOH's responsibility, but I see nothing wrong with you getting involved in the planning, I know I am. We're planning on going away, so I'm the one looking for the best deal, though some of my BM are looking out for deals too.I don't know if you would want to mail your invites, but they have really cute glittery ones on Party City that I bought that are specifically for BPs.

FH and I are taking charge of the bachelorette/bachelor party. We want it to be a joint outing - so i'm going to come up where we are going out for dinner for the girls - and FH is going to figure it out for the guys -so i definitely think it is fine that you are planning it

We want a joint party too. I'd settle for a day at spa with girls though. I really don't want dinner, club, or strippers. It's just 4 girls
The reason why we are doing it together is because we (FH and I) dont want strippers at all - and i dont want to leave it up to my MOH or his BM to plan. My MOH has made reference to as strip club and i just dont trust some of his friends with this type of thing - so its in our hands now. We are going to dinner separately and then we are going to meet up at a club - i dont mind going to a club because i love dancing - after that we are going to hoepfully go to breakfast - i everyone isnt too tired!
