I would be shocked if anyone got us our bedding. It's separates (but still pricey) and it's at Macy's, where our guests seem to hate shopping. It's possible that FH's grandparents will get us some of our bedding as a wedding gift (they are from OOT and want to give a wrapped gift) so I will cross my fingers.
Is there anything on your list that you really don't expect anyone to get you?
Edit: those of you who have had showers, did you get it?

Our Dyson.
And we got it at our engagement party --- from one of my Aunts and cousins.
ETA: we had added it to the registry just so we could use the completion discount after the wedding, and were when we opened it at the party!

kitchen aid mixer....i would fall off my chair if someone got it for me...especially since i really dont cook!! haha ...i know i will need a good mixer someday but i wouldnt cry if i dont get it

Yes...our $500 Henckel knives. Shower was last weekend and no one got them but we r keeping our fingers crossed for the wedding too!

I just did one of registries tonight and I put a few pricey items on there- $145, $195, $120 and $75. The rest are $65 and under. I figured that someone might go in together for a gift. I just went to FH's cousin's shower and there are 4 brother's wive/girlfriend that was invited (including me) and we chipped in to get the gift together. I figured it gives options. I don't know if I will actually get the $195 item, but it doesn't hurt to have it added.

A 300 Margarita Maker or the Keg-o-rater. Sometimes I think I should take them down, but I'd probably buy FH the keg-o-rater for his birthday or Christmas, and it would be nice to have the discount.

my massage chairs!!! i want them so bad! i put 2 of them on cause if we only get 1 Steve will be sitting in it all the time!!! lol they are either $200 or $300 each at BBB im dying to see if someone gets them!! i cant wait till my shower!!!!!!!!!!

my wine fridge...not necessarily that it is that expensive b/c its not that bad but my family isn't big on drinking so they dont encourage it lol...i'm buying that sucker anyway!! Besides that my Dyson and Kitchenaid (only on there for completion bonus also lol)

what bedding did you pick out? mine used to switch on sale/full price every other week but it's been on sale for 2 weeks now -- i heard macys stuff is often cheaper in the store than on weddingchannel too

I put a massage chair on there that was pricey since i have a back injury its something that id need to have....i figured id just buy it after the wedding with 10% off......I got it at my shower!!! AMAZING!

I didn't think we would get our bedding from Macys either but we got all of it! It was really pricey but we got some from one person and a couple of cousins pitched in for the rest..I was very surprised but I love it!!

i had a very expensive toothpick holder on our registry. it was a jeweled frog. i desperately wanted it but knew there was no way we'd get it.
well our best man's girlfriend bought it as our shower gift b/c she said it was so 'us' and she knew no one else would get it for us so she had to.
they also bought us the other thing we didn't think we'd get, the Lenox Chinese Take Out Set.
they know us so well, i love them!
