Is there something on your registry you would be shocked if people bought you?

I would be shocked if anyone got us our bedding. It's separates (but still pricey) and it's at Macy's, where our guests seem to hate shopping. It's possible that FH's grandparents will get us some of our bedding as a wedding gift (they are from OOT and want to give a wrapped gift) so I will cross my fingers.

Is there anything on your list that you really don't expect anyone to get you?

Edit: those of you who have had showers, did you get it?

eh i doubt it lol...every single wedding ive been to,i havent seen one gift given. Even for our e-party not one gift did we get all monetary. But im going to get it myself now anyways, its on sale now for $15 hahahaha and i could use it right now

the bedding we registered for most definitely and we got!!! when we registered i didnt think it was as expensive as it was and someone actually bought it for us! i was shockeddd!!! but sooo happy you never knowwww

it's actually from macy's as well, FH picked it out it from the hotel collection and i guess it's called 'glacier' and i absolutely love ittttttttttt.....i had an amazing shower and i have amazing family and friends i feel truly blessed! ill keep my finger crossed for you!!! which did you register for

I totally want to include something insane -- like a pair of shoes -- just to see if someone would actually buy it for me!

But as my mom said, register at a place like Macy's, and you can always return the items and get store credit instead so you can then buy what you really want (like if FH and I decide we would rather get suits for work or something).

I was surprised to receive all of my expensive gitts - luggage, vaccuum, pots/pans, dishes, silverware AND all of my $100 + electrics (coffee maker, forman grill, convection oven, etc.)

Very generous since I had such a small shower.
The only thing I didn't get was towels and some of my crystal stemware.

A bunch of people sent me stemware and other things as wedding gifts - so ladies, you aren't done yet if your date is coming soon.....I got a lot delivered to me and it was very fun to come home too !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

While my FH and I were at Fortunoff's we saw a dining room set and china cabinet that we both love!!!! We put in on there because they five you 20% off the items not purchased off your registry so why not... If someone bought us that I would fall of my chair!!!

We received lots off of our Fortunoff registry and I knew I would be shocked if we received anything from our Pampered Chef registry. I really wanted to cookware set and we ended up getting it from one of our bridemaids!!
