Is there something on your registry you would be shocked if people bought you?

I would be shocked if anyone got us our bedding. It's separates (but still pricey) and it's at Macy's, where our guests seem to hate shopping. It's possible that FH's grandparents will get us some of our bedding as a wedding gift (they are from OOT and want to give a wrapped gift) so I will cross my fingers.

Is there anything on your list that you really don't expect anyone to get you?

Edit: those of you who have had showers, did you get it?

My 500$ knife set , which is our fave item so far besides our china!

you'd be surprised..i registered for a pretty expensive calphalon knife set..and someone bought it! i was shocked!

I registered for a ridiculous cake plate. So beautiful but so pricey. And shock of all shocks it's the first and only gift bought so far!!!

omg EVERYTHING! We got all of our fine china, all of our fine stemware, all of our fine flatware, all of our everyday dinnerware, all of our everyday stemware, all of our everday flatware, all of our bedding, our Dyson, our $500 pots and pans, our $200 Dyson hand vacuum, our $200 vases, our Swarovski toasting flutes, Lladro cake topper!!! It was unreal...i NEVER in my life thought I would get all those amazing gifts....i feel so extremely fortunate to have such great family and friends. Now when I go to showers I always give more than I used to just b/c I see how good it feels....i really wish this feeling on everyone!

Well I'm just shocked at the fact that 95% of the items on my registry have been purchased!!!!!!
I have very few items remaining. I'm soooo excited! This can only mean 1 thing....it's going to pour soon!

surprisingly we got our comforter bed set, 2 extra comforters and our mattress enhancer!! We were so happy! FH LOVES to sleep so he's happy!

lol it's on my website! that was 90% from family, like we didn't even bother with the stuff we knew FMIL and FSIL were buying b/c FH told me his family are vultures...so we kept those things that they wanted to buy us off the registry!!!! my family is the EXACT OPPOSITE!!!

our formal china and our henkel's knife set. we got it all, i was shocked and greatly appreciative. MIL got it all for us, including extra pieces from the formal stuff that we didn't even register for, just cause she thought we'd like it.

my boxing bag and gloves set and nobody did buy it ...i really wanted it hahahahaha now ill go buy it myself and not bc of price bc it was pretty inexpensive but i guess ppl thought it would be a weird gift for a shower
