There has to be, if your buying a plus size dress, the store has to be able to get you plus size crinoline...I heard emma makes plus size dresses, maybe she makes that too

Holly I think there is. When We ordered my dress we ordered that too. It was around 100.00 I think

They have them at david's, not too $$$, also check ebay, I bought my hoop skirt with crinoline from an ebay seller. I'm going to make the hoops fairly small, I just didn't want all of that crinoline touching my legs, it is hot, and I'm a big baby. I'm sure they have some sort of adjusable or plus size one on ebay.

Go to Ebay from angelbride(not sure) and just look at the waist measurements. You should be fine because they are very adjustable.
