my dad and stepmom gave me a spa gift certificate to salon blue which i absolutely loved. my stepmom had said that she should get a massage herself sometime. is it dumb for me to get the same gift she got me? (and it would be a joint present from my brothers cuz we r all poor)

I think it's thoughtful that you remember her saying that.
No...it shows that you listened to her AND that you loved the spa so much that you'd give it as a gift to someone else.

That sounds great! I remembered a few years ago, my mom got my uncle two tickets to see The Producers for his bday...he loved it so much that he got her two tickets to see it for HER birthday! She had a great time and was so happy that he enjoyed the gift that much.
