I was planning on getting my girls something from Tiffany for like $150-$200, but I can't decide on anything.... now I'm thinking about getting each of them a coach wristlet and putting a little card inside that says, 'Thanks for everything! Your hair and makeup is paid for!'

What do you girls think?

Here is my advice, you can go to the coach outlet in Woodbury commons and get them a coach wristlet and if you want add a key chain with their initials. I understand that they are spending some money for their dress and shoes but I feel that they should pay for their own hair and makeup. Before you stated that you are not rich. Like for one think, I was thinking of paying half for their makeup if it was for 50 dollars each I would contribute 25 dollars but not for the whole thing. Then, I sat back and realize the money that me as the bride is putting forward for the wedding. Think about it, you're spending 10 times more than they are. They might spend about 300 dollars on dress, shoes, hair and makeup (just an example) but you are spending thousands of dollars. It is all up to you and how you feel but it. My opinion is just get them the coach wristlets for 34 dollars each ( outlet prices) it is something they can use over and over again.

No Heather...I suggest you get an 8X10 pic of your hiney and put it in a frame for your BM!

No seriously...if all of your girls said they want to get their makeup done I think it would be a great surprise when they look inside their wristlets and find out that they don't have to pay.

Why don't you pay for their hair or makeup for the day and get them an extra nice gift. $125 on the gift & makeup taken care of...or something like that.....

It really depends on your girls. I know my girls won't ever wear the typical wedding set jewlery ( 2 wear NO jewlery ) brides tend to give after the wedding, I never have ( ok it was only 2 sets , but both were worn on the wedding day and thats it).

The coach wristlet is a good idea IMO, and I also plan on paying for my girls to have their makeup or hair done, but in my situation, all except for one would appreciate that gift, one less thing to spend $ on for my wedding.

You know your friends best ( duh) , so I say go for it if you think they will like it

i think my BMs will be eternally grateful if they dont have to pay to look good

I decided on these for my girls, they are a little bigger so you can fit more stuff in them and they are $98 and then I'm giving them their DOJ which is a Elliot Danori necklace.

I would go for the coach bag and paying for hair/makeup.

I am really picky about jewelry and would hate to have something that cost a lot that I would never wear. BUT that may just be me.

How about:

A coach wristlet
a note that says 'Your hair is paid for!' or 'Your Makeup is paid for!' (one or the other)
A gift card to the mall, to a spa, to a restaurant, or to a store you know they love. You can personalize the gift this way, get something different for each girl based on what SHE loves.

My feeling is the hair and makeup is very nice, but it's not so much a GIFT they can re-use. The wristlet is, yes, but it's not something they can get a lot of JOY out of. (Believe me, I am planning to get my sister one, but it's a bag .. now, if you girls looooove coach, that's another thing entirely. Bags don't bring me a ton of joy normally.)

i'm using jenn and oksana and i know two girls are doing hair and make-up and one is just doing hair. I bought them losts of stuff (a bridesmaid/MOH bag, earrings*25$*, pedicuare set, ELF maek-up, personalized make-up bag, and i'm giving them each $50 towards hair and make-up. They still have to shell out $130, but i figure $50 is better than nothing.

Wow and see, that's a lot of stuff!!! Great gifts!

One of my gifts to my BM's was a Tiffany silver bracelet (the venetian link). I gave them other things too (day of purse, day of jewelry, etc), but I think the Tiffany bracelet is something they'll always have and value.

One of them has been wearing it every day. The other one, I don't think I've ever seen her wear it lol, but maybe she wears it when I'm not around.
