I had a piece of jewelry that I wore because I never thought of 'him' nor did I have any sentimental value. If you have no feelings attached to that piece of jewelry I do not see why not to wear any other occasion, but I do think you should not wear it on your wedding day because your FH might one day find out and that may bring a problem between you guys.

I personaly woun't. but as fh if he is ok with you wearing your ex present on you wedding day go for it.
