Is this Florist Quote Accurate?

Please let me know of your opinions: James Cress Florist $2.800.00:

Bouqets
1 Bridal - all roses
1 MOH - all roses
6 BM - all roses
15 Centerpieces -
Lg. fishbowl about 18 roses in each with 3 votive candles around each
1 Groom Bout. rose and stepahnois(spelling)
6 groomsmen - rose
5 mother/grandmother crosages
3 father/grandfather crosages

Is this high? Thanks ladies

sounds high to me - but James Cress was higher than any other florist I priced.

IMO, yes it is high, for Roses

I do not see you selecting any unusual flowers for your BP or yourself or your CP for it to be that high. You could be paying for name

Price also seems high to me...I am getting quite a few things more for quite a bit less money.

Im using all roses for my wedding, and I just booked my florist for my November wedding, for

1 - Brides Bouquet
3 - MOH/Bridesmaids boquets
7 - boutenneires
2 - Mother corsages
2 - Step Mother Corsages
1 - Grandmother Corsage

And all the other flowers for the reception, church, cocktail tables, throw away boquet, flowers for girls hair, wreath for the flower girl and throw away petals for after the ceremony, and petals in FG's basket

My cost is about 1500.00

So your cost is a bite high

James Cress is high end so it will be higher than most.

They are difinately more expensive, but I've seen their work and they are really good.

Sounds pretty high. I am getting flowers for my whole bridal party (8 girls&8 guys, parents, church arrangements and 18 centerpeices) for $2300 from Burtons.

ohh, I left something out (don't know if it would change your opinions), this price includes the ceremony decorations such as tulle on gazebo, 2 clusters on either side of Gazeboand rose petals on all tables.

I know you are a fellow majestic bride and, just my opinion, you can totally save on ceremony decorations, they are so unnecessary there. There are so many flowers it seems a waste to put more! If thats your preference then by all means disregard this,but im just letting you know what I did.
Also check out Angels Floralcraft on Montauk Highway in Moriches.

They always say spend the money where you are going to be the longest. I don't think the additional things that you added, makes the quote worth it. If you are comfortable with this florist and you are not going to bust your budget then go with them.

It definitely seems a bit high to me also. Did you check around? If so, was there something about their work that exceeded the other florists you looked at?
