Is this tacky?

Is it tacky if I use mailing address labels for my thank you cards? I can't imagine having to write all of those addresses. I had a little over 260 guests at the wedding. Please be honest.

Here's honesty. No I don't think it's tacky. You can make up some nice labels. I'm sorry maybe it's just me. But I'm going to have over 250 Thank you's to write out. Labels is a good idea.

Maybe have clear labels. That might look a little nicer. This is JMO. I'm sure others might disagree.

Im against mailing labels, I recieved a wedding invitation with a mailing label and didnt think it was nice. My opinion only.

I agree with OctBride. That is just too many to write by hand. I've seen clear lables (got a weddign invite with them) and they looked nice.

You can do a mail merge on Word so that the address prints out on the envelope

I DO NOT think it's nice for the invite!!! No way...

I just thought for thank you's it's just an easy way I guess. I would understand if I got a thank you and there was a mailing label on it. JMO.

I think labels are just fine for thank yous since they are pretty informal anyway.

IMO labels are tacky for wedding invitations because those are formal and should have something less 'assembly line'.

I do not see anything wrong with labels for Thankyous, or as someone else suggested you can print the addresses on the computer, that would be nice .

Im doing them on the computer, using the envelope feeder or maybe having them professional done for the Invites.

I think labels for thank you cards are fine especially if a nice font is used.

print straight on to the envelope using a nice font. I don't think labels would look nice, but 50% of the people probably wouldn't notice anyway.
