having her wedding in an all white theme.. and her BM's dresses are white as well.. Does anyone think this is cheesy? I don't think it's such a great idea.. but I hear that's what she wants..

I would not want that at all!! Not something I would choose!

Why knock what is making someone else happy?

Any theme could be ridiculed because we are all different but we just have to accept those differences and enjoy the many types of wedding we might be exposed to in our lives.

PS- Leah Remini of the King of Queens had and all white wedding......looked very elegant

I saw an all white wedding on 'A Wedding Story' and it was so beautifull but not for me either.

I think it has the potential to look very nice.

That's not tacky at all, its just her preference. I thought about having my BMs wear white (ivory actually), but wound up going in a different direction.

They used to be called 'snowball' weddings. I think they are beautiful but since I'm in Ivory, its not for me.

I personally wouldn't want that but if the bride does hey it's her wedding.

Just not my style but I am not going to say her idea is tacky.

I've been to a wedding that was all white. It was really nice. The girls were all in these Marilyn Monroe type dresses and it really complimented the bride.

The linens were white and the tuxes weren't though. MOB abd MOG were in white as well.

It may sound really bizarre but it actually was beautiful.

This reminds me of a wedding my grandparents are still talking about, 20 years later. All the guests were supposed to wear all white. The BM wore long white gowns and the bride wore a hot pink skin tight mini dress! Needless to say it caused a few raised eyebrows!!

I don't think it's tacky, but I would never do it myself.
