Is this true?

So I heard that Larkfield Manor was doing some huge deals for wedding prices since their venue is essentially non-existent right now lol- I don't know exactly what their prices were, but my friend booked them for September 2014 and I couldn't help but think that she must've gotten a really really good deal since they only have pictures to go by and can't even see what the room looks like at all. Idk if I could do that, it would make me too nervous Does anyone have info on this and if they really did have great prices? Sounds like a great deal for everyone who booked if the venue turns out to be really amazing and if they don't run into any problems when renovating
